Serengeti Wilderness Camp
Like the lyrics of Toto's song Africa "As sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti" you too will venture from Kilimanjaro into the plains of the Serengeti.
In the Serengeti you'll stay at Serengeti Wilderness Camp where you literally hear "wild dogs cry out in the night" along with lions and other animals.
You'll experience the "real" Africa and know that you have been previledged to experience such a wonderful thing. To top it off you'll experience wonderful hospitality from the amazing staff that make your stay delightful.

High on most traveller's list when visiting Eat Africa is to witness the great Wilderbeest Migration. But when is the right time to see it?
As you'll see from the map, the migration occurs in a clockwise circular direction that traverse between Kenya's Masai Mara and Tanzania's Serengeti. The majority of the year the migration can be seen in the Serengeti, however, the famous river crossing mainly occurs in the Masai Mara.
Traditionally between January and February the wilderbeest are in the southern Serengeti and are ready to calve. This is quite a spectacle as within a couple of weeks hundreds of thousands of new wildebeest are born. With such activity preditor action is high.
For the above reasons it makes it the perfect time to tick to fantastic bucket list items 1) Run a marathon & 2) go on safari!
